Mutual NDA required

Final submission step. When you select “Accept NDA & submit project,” you accept and sign this agreement, authorize Izzy Apps’ automatic countersignature, and submit the project. Choosing Back leaves the project unsubmitted.

This mutual confidentiality agreement protects the project information you provide and Izzy Apps' nonpublic methods, templates, systems, and work product while the project is evaluated, designed, built, tested, delivered, or released.

Your pre-existing materials remain yours. Izzy Apps retains its pre-existing platform, templates, methods, prompts, workflows, security controls, and internal tools. Paid deliverable ownership follows the separate written project agreement.

Both parties must use confidential information only for the project, protect it with reasonable care, limit access to authorized people, and report unauthorized access or disclosure. These duties continue for three years; trade-secret duties continue while the information remains a trade secret.

The agreement is governed by Texas law with venue in Bexar County. Electronic records and signatures are accepted. The completed record is locked after signing.

Project simulation

Four ways to start: Free Consultation, Concept Brief, App Launch, or App Launch + Bundle. The Concept Brief is a paid, fixed-price discovery service. App Launch starts at $4,200 with custom scope pricing and pay-as-you-go payments, and hands over source code for customer-managed hosting. App Launch + Bundle starts at $6,500 setup plus $299/month with pay-as-you-go payments for managed hosting, updates, and ongoing care.
